Online store

Online Store Development in Albania

A store where customers find a product, order and pay without calling you. We plan it around your products, payments and the way you deliver orders.

A catalogue or an ordering store?

Some businesses need a catalogue where customers browse products and request a quote. Others need a store where customers choose a product, pay and have it delivered. Before design, we establish which model fits, based on the number of products, pricing and how you deliver orders. Our guide to starting an online store explains the difference between the two.

What we build

  • The catalogue and product pages: categories, photos, descriptions and the specifications customers need to compare, from a store with 20 products to a catalogue with thousands.
  • The basket and checkout: card payments, cash on delivery or both, with shipping calculated according to your rules.
  • The administration panel: add products, change prices, track stock and orders without technical help.
  • Coupons, offers and email notifications for the customer, and for you whenever an order arrives.
  • Layouts for phone, tablet and desktop, so ordering is easy on any device.

Card payments and delivery

To accept card payments, the business signs an agreement with a bank or a licensed payment institution. We connect the store to the service you choose and test payments before launch. Our card payments guide explains the options in Albania and what to ask providers.

You set the delivery and return rules: areas, costs, delivery times and what happens when a customer returns a product. We put them into the store, the checkout and the terms pages, so customers see them before they pay.

Products, photos and Instagram

The product list is usually the largest part of the preparation: names, prices, descriptions, variants and photos. The proposal sets out who prepares them and in what format. Our product photo guide explains how to take clear photos with a phone and prepare them for the store.

If you already sell on Instagram, the store holds the catalogue, stock and orders, while Instagram brings customers to the product. The Instagram section of the store guide shows how to connect the two.

How the project works

  1. Define the brief. Sales model, number of products, payments, delivery and languages.
  2. Agree the structure and proposal. Categories, features, materials, revisions and timing.
  3. Design and build. We add the first products and review the layouts with you.
  4. Test and launch. We place test orders from start to finish: payment, confirmation email and the order in the panel. Then we show you how to manage products and orders.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

Your proposal depends on the number of products, payment methods, delivery, languages and connections to other systems. An online store usually takes 4 to 8 weeks once the products and photos are ready. Read how website costs are calculated before comparing proposals.

Already have a store?

We can improve an existing store or connect it to card payments. If page addresses change, we plan redirects so the product pages that customers and Google already know keep working. For ongoing fixes, see our website maintenance service.

What to send for a useful quote

What you sell and how many products you have, how customers pay today, where you deliver, the address of your current store or Instagram profile if you have one, and your preferred launch date. A few sample products with photos and prices help us estimate the work more accurately.

Stores we have built

Online stores for phones, electronics and accessories, with clear categories and featured products up front.
