Website maintenance

Website Maintenance Services

Your website needs to load, deliver its forms and show accurate information long after launch. We handle the updates, fixes and changes you need.

When you need maintenance

  • The website, or the system it is built on, has not been updated for a long time.
  • The contact form does not deliver messages, or they land in spam.
  • The site loads slowly on phones, or some parts do not display properly.
  • You need to change prices, services or photos, or add a page, but have no time to do it yourself.
  • You are not sure who has access to the domain, the hosting and the website’s admin panel.

What it includes

  • Website updates: content, the underlying system and plugins. Before we start, we agree how updates are made without putting the site at risk.
  • Technical fixes: broken links, forms, display errors and problems after hosting changes.
  • Speed improvements: images, files and the parts that slow the site down on mobile.
  • Changes as needed: copy, prices, new pages or sections, as agreed.

The agreement also covers backups: who makes them, where they are stored and how a restore is tested. Our maintenance guide explains why this matters.

Websites built by someone else

It does not matter whether we built your website or someone else did. We start with a review: how the site is built, where it is hosted, who has access to the domain and hosting, and whether backups exist. Then we tell you what we can take on and what needs fixing first. A site can often be improved without rebuilding it from scratch.

How it works

  1. Send us the website address and what you need: a fix, regular changes or both.
  2. We review the site and access. We tell you what we found and what we recommend.
  3. We agree the tasks. What is included, how often we check the site and how you send requests.
  4. We start work on the agreed tasks.

How the cost is calculated

The cost depends on how often the site changes, how complex it is and what the maintenance covers. We send a proposal after reviewing the site. Our maintenance guide explains what a good maintenance agreement should define.

When something breaks

Send us the website address, what does not work, on which device and browser, and the steps that cause the problem. A screenshot helps. The full list is in our maintenance guide.
